J. Birk, MD, FAAP
Dr. Birk earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern
Medical School in 1996. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Rhode
Island Hospital and Brown University School of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Birk

Dr. Bluhm earned his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University
in 1988. He began his pediatric residency at St. Louis University from 1988
to 1990. He completed his training at Oregon Health Sciences University in

A. Carr, MD, FAAP
Dr. Carr earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia in 1988.
She completed her residency in pediatrics at Medical College of Virginia
in 1991, then practiced pediatrics for two years in Virginia. In
1994, Dr. Carr moved to Portland and joined Pediatric Associates of the Northwest
P.C.. She currently practices in our Lake Oswego office. |

Dr. Chaffin earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo Health Science Campus in Ohio, in 2006. He did his internship and residency from Oregon Health Science University in Portland. R. Gopal, MD, FAAP
Dr. Gopal earned her medical degree from George Washington University in
1994. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital
and Harvard Medical School in 1997. Dr. Gopal practiced pediatrics in Burlington,
MA, for four years before joining Pediatric Associates of the Northwest P.C.,
in 2001. She currently practices in our Portland office. |

A. Mendelson, MD, FAAP
Dr. Mendelson earned his medical degree from the University of Oregon Medical
School in 1959. He did his internship training at Tripler General Hospital,
followed by residency in pediatrics at Fitzsimmons General Hospital. Dr.
Mendelson joined Pediatric Associates of the Northwest P.C., in 1964. Dr. Mendelson
retired in January, 2004. |

W. Porter, MD, FAAP
Dr. Porter earned his medical degree from the University of Oregon Medical
School in 1973. He did his internship training at the University of Arizona,
followed by residency in pediatrics at the University of Oregon Medical School.

currently practices in our Portland office. |

S. Rosenbloom, MD, FAAP, PhD
Dr. Rosenbloom earned his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University
in 1996. He also earned a Ph.D., from Oregon Health Sciences University in
the Department of Cell Biology studying molecular and cellular biology. He
completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Arizona in 1999. Dr. Rosenbloom joined Pediatric Associates of the Northwest P.C., in 1999,

P. Schunk, MD, FAAP
Dr. Schunk earned his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University
in 1983. He accomplished this after serving in the United States Air Force
from 1972-1978 as a pilot. After medical school he completed his residency
in pediatrics at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1986. Dr. Schunk joined
Pediatric Associates of the Northwest P.C., in 1986 and currently practices
